We’ll begin with getting to know you, and your investment objectives. Helping you achieve your objectives will build a long-term, and mutually beneficial, business relationship. We need to understand YOU. We’ll talk about your goals and dreams, and how investment properties may help achieve them. We’ll then refine this to answer the following:
How long do you plan to invest your money?
What monthly cashflow are you targeting?
What return on investment are you aiming for?
How much appreciation vs. stability would you like to see?
These are among many variables that help determine the best property type, financing structure, and location that best fits you. We have worked for nearly a decade learning the Des Moines metro market, developing a pipeline of off-market deals, developing contractor relationships and processes, and finding top-notch property management partners. With this experience, these tools, and connections, we can provide you rental properties that are Turnkey at prices that are the same, or lower, than coordinating these activities yourself. This means you generate profit on day one, while consuming less of your time, less headache, and lower risk than completing the process yourself. You are welcome to view the properties before and after renovations. Some people like to know exactly what has been done.
When we find a match, you’ll have the opportunity to do any due diligence and we’ll sign a purchase agreement

If using financing, you can work with your bank or we will recommend one
If using a property manager, we can introduce you to our business partner. We have developed a close partnership with Topshelf Property Management over the last several years. We ensure a smooth transition and will stay deeply engaged to whatever extent desired. You will be in good hands!
